Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with all original tags attached.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5 business days.
